Chevrolet Cavalier Car/Truck Body Parts
The Chevy Cavalier has went through some major body changes in the past 12 years. As a teenager I remember the Cavalier of the mid 1990s being a sporty car. People would add ground effects and spoilers; modifying the factory engines so that those little cars would fly. Recently I saw a 2005 Cavalier and was almost floored. The look of the 2005 Cavalier is much more refined and the four door version looks like a nice little compact family sedan. Gone was the sporty and speedy look and in was the "conservative" family look. This is not exactly bad, it is just very different than those Cavaliers of years gone by. Chevy has ended the production of the Cavalier after the year 2005, but will continue to have the Pontiac Sunfire in production for a little while longer. The 2005 Chevy Cavalier is available in both a coupe and a sedan. There is also a sport model which is more like the version that I remember from the past. The sport version has a rear spoiler and lower body flares. The 4-door family sedans are small and run with competition such as the Ford Focus and the Pontiac Vibe. They look somewhat like the Cavalier of the mid-1990s but are more curvy. The Chevy Cavalier is one of those cars that looks wonderful with any type of body accessory. Whether a person adds a scoop hood or some ground effects, they can really jazz up the car and give it some pizazz.
